Auto-Responder hickups?
The I Love Hits tutorial received so many requests that my
auto-responder stopped taking new members. Hiccups? Maybe.
Would that upset you?
Me too. Ask my wife. :)
I had to find a better auto-responder ASAP.
So I started my quest for a reliable service.
Do you know how many companies are offering an auto-responder?
A lot.
Fortunately, I knew where to look. 3 companies were in the
race to get my business. The challenge began. I decided to
visit those 3 sites to test them.
Usually, you simply enter your name and email address to try
their service. That's what I did. You know, to compare the
delivery speed.
Out of the 3, the fastest, by far, was GetResponse I received
the confirmation email within seconds. The second one took
about 20 minutes and the third one went in my junk folder.
I found that email the day after.

With my older auto-responder almost 40% of people requesting
the download link never confirmed. Those email probably went
to their junk folder or got completely blocked.
What a waste.
Now, 95% of people requesting the download link confirm right

That took care of the first part of the testing.
Now support.
I send them the same email asking
a few question about their service and why I
should give them MY money.
Only GetResponse got back to me. My decision was made.
